Himalayan Hospital Jolly Grant ranks first in the country in treating golden card holder patients under Atal Ayushman Yojana. In this scheme started a year ago, Himalayan Hospital has given free treatment to 17 thousand patients on Golden Card. It’s easy to make an appointment online by visiting www.himsanjeevani.com. On the homepage, you’ll see a box to enter your zip code. A drop-down box asks you to enter the type of testing that you require. For example, your doctor may want you to have routine blood work, hair follicle testing, saliva alcohol testing, or other choices. A tab at the top of the homepage provides a comprehensive list of specialty and general laboratory testing services offered by LabCorp. Once you’ve entered your zip code, a listing of the twenty closest locations pops up. The address and hours of operation are listed underneath each location.
Once you’ve found the closest location with hours that fit your schedule, you’ll click a blue box titled “Appointments”. This will lead you to the next page, which reconfirms the location you’ve chosen and asks you to choose from the drop-down menu which type of lab work you require. Once you’ve selected from the drop-down menu, the box to click to choose your appointment date and time comes available to select. Available dates and times are noted in dark blue. Unavailable dates and times are grayed out so you’re unable to select these. You’re able to see a week at a time. You can click on the right-hand arrow if you need your lab work completed later in the future.
Jolly Grant Hospital OPD Online Appointment
After you’ve selected the date and time of your desired appointment, you’ll then be asked to enter basic information about yourself. The next screen asks if you’ll be responsible for payment, and if so, what (if any) insurance you’ll be using for the lab work. You’ll be asked to click for final confirmation, you’ll be given a confirmation number, and then you’re all set.
If you need to make any changes to your appointment, simply visit the confirmation page that is sent to you by email or text. This page already has all of your appointment information filled in and allows you to pick a new day and time should you need to do so.
