First of all the person who wants to register needs to purchase a Stamp Paper and present it to the sub-registrar of special jurisdiction with all the land-related documents.   1. Sub-registrar will examine all the documents submitted by you.
  2. If all the submitted documents are found valid, then you need to pay the fee fixed for land registration.
  3. The sub-registrar office will give a payment receipt against your payment for land registration.
