National Book Trust- New Delhi World Book Fair 2025 Dates: NBT, the organizer of NDWBF has announced the dates of the upcoming 33rd edition of the New Delhi World Book Fair 2025 in the newly constructed Halls 2-6 (Ground Floor) at the Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. The final dates of the World Book Fair areĀ 1st to 9th February 2025.
The Ministry of Education, the Government of India, and The National Book Trust are organizing the New Delhi World Book Fair in association with ITPO-Pragati Maidan. NBT is Celebrating 50 years of the New Delhi World Book Fair in 2025. Bharat Mandapam Convention Centre is a hub for the NDWBF 2025 situated in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.
New Delhi World Book Fair 2025 Bharat Mandapam Dates
Dr. VV Giri, the former president of India Inaugurated the first “New Delhi World Book Fair” in 1972 from March 18 to April 4. Over the time of 50 years, this exhibition posted lots of benchmarks in the history of book publishing in India. This fair is providing unique opportunities to Indian as well as International publishers to promote their books and to grow their business in the book publishing Industry. Procedure for New Delhi World Book Fair 2025 Online Ticket Booking
Visitors can book the entry ticket for the World Book Fair 2025 online. The organizer NBT and Co-organizer ITPO have given the facility of online entry ticket facility to visitors of WBF in this Edition. NBT is also celebrating this event as 75 years of freedom. The theme of the Exhibition is Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsava.
- Visit the official website of NBT that is https://www.nbtindia.gov.in/
- Tap on the NDWBF 2025 Entry Ticket option at the top of the official website page.
- Select the NDWBF visiting date from the option given in the list of dates.
- Enter the number of tickets you want to purchase.
- Click on the Book NDWBF Entry Ticket Now option on the page.
- Next Page you will find payment options, you can choose the suitable mode to pay for entry Tickets.
- After making payment you will get a ticket with a QR Code on your phone.
- You have to show the ticket to the scanner at the entry gate of Pragati Maidan Exhibition Ground.

World Book Fair 2025 Pragati Maidan Stall Booking & Price
NBT Gives Subsidies to exhibitors who want to participate in the New Delhi World Book Fair 2025. A special subsidy will be given to Hindi and any other regional language publishers from all over India. Exhibitors can book their stalls through the online portal of the National Book Trust. Below are the key points for the exhibitors to know before booking stalls online.
Please go through the below-given points before processing further for the Stall booking at the World Book Fair:
- The Publishers can only book the Stalls online through the official website of NBT.
- Direct Link => https://www.nbtindia.gov.in/ndwbf2025/.
- Please keep your PAN card and GST certificate before you start booking online.
- Then select the number of stalls in the preferred area of the exhibition. The last and final rights of stall location are reserved for NBT.
- On the next web page, go through the stall rate along with the area in the below-given section before selecting the stall on the exhibition map online.
- After selecting stalls, go to the payment section. Here you can choose the suitable mode of payment, which are as follows- RTGS/NEFT/Cheque/Cash.
- No Cheque or cash will be accepted at the NBT office and Branch.
- You have to deposit a Cheque or Cash in the nearest Canara Bank Branch.
- Your Stall will be booked only after the confirmation of Payment to NBT.
- Now check your application status online through the official website of NBT.
- The final allotment will be sent to you by email with the Exhibitors Manual.

National Book Trust, a venture of the Ministry of Education gives subsidies to Indian publishers to participate in the fair. NBT also provides a special subsidy to Hindi and other regional language publishers. As we know ITPO Venture of the Ministry of Commerce is the Co-organizer of this event with NBT.
